Carolyn completed her undergraduate education at Vanderbilt University and holds Masters degrees from American University and the University of Virginia. Her hobbies include hiking, baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Having invested the last 8 years in leadership roles from sales to collections and customer service teams, Joslyn is extremely devoted to helping others succeed in achieving their goals and serves as a prime example of what it takes to remain highly driven and self-motivated. She is not afraid to try new things and thinking “outside of the box” is her comfort zone.
Originally hailing from Fresno, CA, Dane Andersen moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington and get away from the heat. He quickly began establishing himself as a skilled woodwind player and became a regular in many theatre orchestras around the Seattle area. Dane also worked administratively at The 5th Avenue Theatre for many years and eventually became the Music Coordinator, managing all aspects of employment and coordination of the musicians. This role, as well as performing, has helped him to hone his interpersonal skills and unknowingly prepared him for his latest endeavor – real estate..
Luke resides in Montecito with his wife, three young boys, a feisty rescue black lab, and two chickens. He enjoys boxing and all of what Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer; from hiking in the foothills to spending the day at the beach. Devoted to community service and charitable causes, Luke serves as Vice Chairman of the National Board of Directors of The Dream Foundation, the Advisory Board of Notes for Notes, and is a member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. Luke also founded and leads The Montecito Realtor Association, an organization comprised of the top 35 Montecito Realtors initially formed to help the community rebuild after the Thomas Fire and resulting debris flow.
